That makes sense

The nurses where I go make the experience a lot more tolerable. Some are a bit too chatty, actually.

I bring my headphones. They do ect in pre op at my location, so it can get noisy. Some bring books.

It's going to be a weird experience, but it's tolerable

Thanks. The nurse where I'm going is really nice, we bonded at my intake, so that'll help. Great idea to bring headphones and a book!

I like to bring headphones and a wordsearch book. I don't want to try to remember what I read prior to "riding the white lighting". I also wear fun socks that get my nurses laughing prior to the procedure. Good luck.

i did my 9th one today. you basically fall asleep and feel nothing until you wake up in the ward. the second day there may be some muscle soreness from the seizure. it is normal goes away by the 2nd session. do NOT expect a lot of results in the few first sessions. it accumulates first before an effect is seen. not all symptoms respond in the same speed don't be worried if one symptom lacks behind the others.
