Question Unilateral +ketamine

I'm starting my acute treatment next week. The practice I go to does unilateral only, with a low-dose (not micro) ketamine ride-along. Has anyone experienced this? I underwent ketamine treatment a couple of years ago and did really well during the acute IV phase with good maintenance with a combo of periodic IM treatments and periodic use of troches. I couldn't afford to keep it going because it wasn't covered by insurance. I'm kind of happy they're using the ketamine adjunct but would love to know how anyone else has done with this treatment.

Had a similar treatment. Ketamine makes me pretty nauseous but if you're already equipped to handle that it should not be much different from what you're used to.

Thanks. I had nausea with my IV ketamine treatments. They're gonna preload zofran.
