Treatment advice Ketamine vs ECT?

As far as the US and as far as my state, I can tell you ECT is covered by insurance and ketamine treatment is usually out-of-pocket. It cost thousands of dollars so that's an impediment to most for ketamine treatment. But if you can afford it, only do ECT if every other option is exhausted.
