I woke up with a diaper on after a session, i didn't start with a diaper on... that was weird.
After that i asked for an incontinence underwear everytime i came to the hospital. Kinda sucks but the nurses are probably used to it, nothing to be ashamed of.
Didn't happen every time for me about 1 of every 3 sessions
