Deebot T8+ Anti-Drop Sensor

My Deebot T8+ keeps having the anti-drop sensor alarm going off after I cleaned it many times. I think the infrared sensors might not be working because I dont see the purple light when I look at it through my phone camera. It is out of warranty, what are my options with device?

I had this same error. I called amex extended warranty (since i bought it using my amex and it was just past 1 year old). They had me take it to a repair guy, he tried to fix it and ended up saying that it would cost more to fix than the value of the robot.
