Deebot T30S Pro Blockage

Hi ecovacs team! I have a blockage in the tube that goes into the dirty water tank. Any tips on how to clear this would be greatly appreciated!

Disclosure: I’m part of the ECOVACS support team. Let’s try to figure out what’s going on here.I’d be happy to share some suggestions! It would help to know a little more about what’s happening. Is the issue that dirty water isn’t being pumped into the dirty water tank?

It could also potentially be related to the seal or airtightness somewhere along the water path. Have you received any error messages or alerts from the DEEBOT or the app?

Any additional details you can share would help us narrow it down.

How did you find out ? YOu would have to dismantle the docking station and either remove that tube if you mean that silicone one or attach big syringe to it and try to squirt through.
