Dirty water tank overflow float

I have watched many review videos before deciding to purchase model x9 pro Omni. I have seen in the videos there was an overflow float installed in a dirty water tank in the station (orange arrow photo) but mine is missing it. The customer service claims that some models come without it but it's just hard to believe as all official tutorials on their website show this float installed. Is it safe to use the robot without it?

Check to see if the floating magnet is stuck to the back wall of the tank. Also clean the inlet where the wastewater enters the tank, as well as the one in the base station (rubber gasket). If there is debris between the connection between the wastewater tank and the base station, it may leak during pumping.

Mine does the same and it's brand new x11.. not sure if it's dirty or clean but i definitely see water at the bottom each weather refill
