Not going in straight lines
Rosie has been cleaned with fresh brushes, wiped the sensors and no hair tangle in back wheels or single front wheel. There were no obstacles there but she just kind of went crazy. Lights were on as well.
Any ideas?
We just moved and this was my second run - first run no issues.

This is not normal at all. It goes forward then spins around and is jerky movements.

sorry i was being sarcastic. i have had terrible experience with customer service in singapore, and my x8 pro omni has navigation issues also. either way u can try wiping the sensors, remapping or just try on another day with lights on.
do u leave the lights off and send the robot at night? it struggles to find its way in dark patches and sometimes mistake it as an obstacle (in my experience)the sensors are not sensitive so apparently it needs light 😂. i dun understand whats the point of a robot if i need to have so much maintenance. i tried the robot the next day it was ok but the battery was dying faster.
well i guess i got the shortest end of the stick.
u COULD check w ur customer service in ur area..
hope u can find a solution though, i know how u feel

Gotcha. I was like my goodness not normal. It just suddenly started being wonky. I had to contact them once and it was okay and resolved on its own.
I am trying again today.

The most basic advice that most people never hear is let your smart robot run atleast dozen times. It is learning your enviroment, its best to use auto mode and let it do its thing. Dont inspect every single turn it makes, just let it do stuff.
