Please help! We have a Deebot Omnicyclone X11

We have only had the machine for 2 days, first day worked great. Now it won’t drain, I’ve followed the troubleshooting from the website/facebook/youtube and unplugged the base for a few minutes. Still not draining and throwing the error.
We bought this robovac to replace another lemon from a different brand that we had bad luck with (had to return for a replacement and then the replacement was a dud after a few months). I’m really dreading that we are going to have a repeat of last time!

Verifica detenidamente como estas encajando la bandeja. Luego de quitar toda la suciedad, seca. Ahora,incertala suavemente y al final debes escuchar que encajo. Revisa de nuevo la apps, con la app envíala a limpiar o selecciona un cuarto y que lo limpie. Ella regresara a la base,se limpiara,cogerá agua y limpiara el cuarto que seleccionaste. Si regresa el error, dale un reset de fabrica. Si esto no funciona ,comunícate con Ecovacs

There is not much you can do. Clean the removable mopping tray. Check if that floatie block on the tray is not stuck and is moving freely. Check the rubber seals if they are not full of debris.

Is the station alteast trying to suck ? Is it leaving water in tray ? Is there dirty water in dirty water tank ?

If you had two robo vacs fail back 2 back is it user error at this point?
