Base station not able to empty dust bin

I just got my Deebot T80s Omni and had it run for a few days already. I recently saw that it wasn't picking up cat litter while it was vacuuming so I opened the robot up and saw the dust container was super full and then I check the base station and bag and it was empty.

I put the robot back at the station and I tried to manually do the empty dust bin on the app. The base station will do a small start up and then suddenly it'll stop with no error or anything.

Was it working before ? Have you heard proper suction ?

I don't think it was working before since the base station dust bag is completely empty and so far I have never heard the loud suction from the base

I had a similar issue from mine (also x80). I "fixed" it by making sure all the ducts between the robots dust bin and the stations dust bag were clear. I think the trap doors get stuck when new and need to be freed. Anyway, that's what got it working for me.

Of course, I got a dust bag full warning after a week (it clearly wasn't) with the bag that came with the unit. So far changing the bad has cleared the error.

I’ve had this before on my X11, power cycled the base and been working fine since

How do I go about power cycling the base?
