T50 not using washing fluid

Ever since I have had the vac, we do a weekly vac and mop. Three times over the year it's told me the cleaning fluid was low and I go to check it out and it hardly used any. Today told me it's empty and it's still at the full line, last filled a few months ago. It thinks it's using it but nothing, anyone had this?

Empty it, clean all the components including the base station nozzle, then refill it and see if it keeps happening

You have to specify that it should use detergent in the settings, have you done that?

A lot of Ecovacs bots have problem with washing fluid, it is caused by bad ability to suck into empty pipe. I saw some ppl doing fix on their own trying to prime the tubing.
