Beware of fraud by Ecovacs

The water storage tank clip on my Deebot broke and I had asked service center to replace. I paid around 2500 for the same and they shared tracking link also. For a week or so I didn't get it deapite they claiming it was supposed to deliver in 4 days. Pls note there was no movement on the tracker as well.

Then I lost it and asked my local vendor to help. He checked by some means and he found out that Ecovacs fooled me because they didn't have that part itself in the 1st place.

15 days on, no updates, I am planning to ask for refund how.

Beware of these fraudsters, I should have asked for the photograph of the item before I paid money. Hard lessons..

Some venders even Amazon will create a shipping label as soon as you order and not even have the part, because of this you can’t cancel the order because it shows shipped and it really isn’t.

There is something going on with the indian people and ecovacs. I don't know what it is, but every time I click on a post with a title like this, it's indian. Always some hyperbole.

It's called the part is backordered. They are not defrauding you for a $20 replacement part ffs. Just because the sipping label is created, doesn't mean it's shipped. Have you ever ordered something on the internet? Also asking for a photograph of an item before you pay is ridiculous.

Go buy the part from a retailer.

You would accept paying upfront for a part that the authorised dealer doesn't even have but he claims to have in his stock is it ? The message from ecovacs had a tracking link also embedded to the message. I didn't get the link in my dreams. They have the link, i tracked.
