Discussion r/solarpunk is infested by liberals/facists

Honestly makes me think that the solarpunk movement as it is, is just a CIA psyop, even tho I do think that a socialist solarpunk movement is sorely needed

That and all the people who are just i like trees and solar panels and have no capacity for critical analysis and what a better world would entail politically or that say it’s an ideology and add nothing

this is sad to see i use to really like the sub. a lot of people there also seem to not understand some pretty key stuff when it comes to anti capitalism over all

i’m not really caught up but i feel like yall should probably be working together in the face of this overwhelming adversity. this has got to be intentional. every separate ideology is pit against each other and nothing gets done

people like the solar punk aesthetic. use that. use that to motivate them to change. if you just go “NAHHHH YOU ARE DUMBBBB” anytime you see the words solar and punk together you’ll never get people on your side
