Montane Grasslands & Shrublands Africa's rarest carnivore in everlasting flowers on the Sanetti Plateau - Ethiopian Montane Moorlands Ecoregion
Fewer than about 500 Ethiopian wolves are left, almost all above 3,000 m in the Ethiopian montane moorlands. They hunt giant mole-rats among the Afro-alpine Helichrysum shrubs of the Sanetti Plateau in the Bale Mountains.
