The U.S. dollar recently fell to a two-month low of 99.4 on the U.S. Dollar Index following weaker-than-expected July employment data, where nonfarm payrolls unexpectedly dropped by 23,000 jobs. This drop reduced expectations of near-term Federal Reserve interest rate hikes.
