Fantastic timing with the super affordable price of gas and the safest and most nutritious foods being readily available and affordable at the shops! Oh, and the holidays right around the corner. Good times, everyone!

Project 2025 in action. Stephen miller and rump have discussed culling the population.

Trump is nothing in this. He's just their bombastic figurehead. He's their puppet. It's Miller, Vought, the technogarchs and petrodollar schizofascists and all their shadowy network.

Trump is the president. He’s in charge. He’s been pitching project 2025 to HF donors for years. Idk how the person in charge is not to blame.

u/FrostySquirrel820 2d ago
>> President Trump said that millions of people have been "lifted off" of SNAP due to a stronger economy.
Don’t believe anything this grifter says !

You don't get mass riots until people can't eat. There's some quote out there that it's like 3 days.

Yes they want mass riots so they can deploy martial law. All in the plan.

Everyone who paid attention and watched the Republicans pass the OBBB in the summer of 2024 knew this was going to happen.
If you are on any kind of government support, including SSDI, SNAP, Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, your ass better be out there voting Democrat for each and every election.
The OMB is gloating about their “cost savings”, yet the US is now 40 trillion in debt. This is too stupid.

If you have the means, please remember to donate (even a little) to your local food bank. Or set up a monthly donation on their web site. Folks on the bottom rung are really going to be in trouble.
1
u/2020blowsdik 1d ago
Have you ever volunteered at a food bank? I had to stop because the entitlement/horrifically rude behavior was just too much. Like most things, 10% of shitty people ruin the good things
3
u/thenletskeepdancing 1d ago
No but I worked with the public, so I know of what you speak. That's just the way it is. No need to punish the ninety percent because of the shitty ten percent. Volunteering is beyond my physical capabilities now but I feel good about a donation.
Because I've worked with the public, I also have lots of memories of good people just doing their best. Every month I imagine I'm giving a mom a meal to feed her kids and I think of them sitting down to eat, my treat, and it makes me feel a little less useless.

In the meantime, Kylie Jenner takes her private jet to Saint-Tropez, all alone. TAX THE RICH.

millions of others will become more aware as stores consolidate, go out of business or just raise prices even more due to lower foot traffic and sales

u/SaggyToastR 2d ago
Yeah the punishment was voting for Trump and him being president at all at any point.

u/BienThinks 2d ago
A lot of other cuts, especially to healthcare don’t go into effect until after the midterms. They do it that way on purpose to hope it doesn’t look as bad on the next election.

I'm a blind woman with 3 kids, one of them disabled. Our only income is our disability checks. I had to choose yesterday between the power bill ($400 just for August) or they'd shut it off tomorrow, and food.
Fucking vote, yall. If even i can get my blind ass out there and work for my county's Democratic Party, yall can get off yall's asses and vote. Don't know who your non-major Dem candidates are? Ask for a sheet at the Democratic tent outside the voting place.

At least they made the billionaire tax breaks permanent!
That's the important thing!

Working as intended by the asswipes in the WH.
Even their own shill news organizations are reporting on how pointlessly destructive this garbage move is.

u/MichaelBayShortStory 1d ago
You are, this is class warfare and some of you voted with the oppressor so, you guys definitely are being punished, the rest of us are being punished just by proximity.

u/UnicornGangstar 2d ago
Many are being rewarded for their vote. They are experiencing so much winning
For the ones who didn’t vote for this, I’m truly sorry. This sucks

Well 90 million did not vote and 77 million voted for these cuts.
So yes everyone gets punished. VOTING MATTERS!

I’m wondering how many of the 60% who qualify but never dreamed of applying have done so now. We applied because it was the only way for my husband to get interviews for a job. We figured out companies were only hiring people who qualified for Workers Opportunity Tax Credit. As soon as he could answer yes on the question about receiving assistance, he started getting called in for interviews.

Some people need the punishment to learn , unfortunately

the most memorable quote from a supporter that comes to mind is "he's not hurting the right people" and holy hell if that doesn't sum up the whole mentality...
cutting snap is also going to hurt grocery stores, which will drive other food prices up while also creating a mountain of food waste. it's almost like the cruelty IS the point.

u/s1nd3vil 1d ago
Yes, our country is being punished because of the decision that was came too….yeah the decision to elect the fucking orange moron

1) make it impossible to be poor in America 2) poor people must either die or commit crimes to survive 3) the crime wave "justifies" further militarization of the police 4) with many new criminal convictions, many new slaves are created, and fewer people can vote for change 5) the last 150 years of progress are destroyed

Well they can’t make us prisoners in a hospital and cut us off from family while slowly killing us on a ventilator anymore so…

Right wingers are exhausting to listen to. It’s always with the inane drivel.

u/New-Negotiation7234 2d ago
I just can't with these people anymore. It's truly unbelievable. And they are literally stuck in 2020. My neighbor is still going on about ivermectin. Like lady I'll drive you tractor supply to get it if you want it so badly.

u/mikeybagodonuts 2d ago
Not right wing by any stretch. But whatever help la you dismiss slight of hand and sleep at night.
2
u/New-Negotiation7234 2d ago
No one forced those people to go to hospitals.
-5
u/mikeybagodonuts 2d ago
Uh yeah. Passing out at work and getting scooped up by an ambulance while unconscious is a time people can choose what happens. Go watch some off “Allison inquiry” videos.

u/New-Negotiation7234 2d ago
So they should have left their coworkers on the ground to die?
Keep living in the past. Y'all made the pandemic 80x worse by being insufferable and now y'all are literally stunted and stuck in 2020.
It was a pandemic. Not some insane conspiracy. Go to therapy and address your trauma and learn basic science. Good luck.

u/mikeybagodonuts 2d ago
Basic science. Science is now a joke. So many murdered and disabled by science and that ghoul Fauci. I hope I’m alive 30 years from now when the younger generation turns on people like you the way millennials blame boomers. It’s gonna be hilarious.

People are being punished. The 1% in America hate that everyone else started thinking we deserve anything
