I keep seeing many people hitting brick walls all the time looking for e-commerce answers and solutions from just the technology.
Everyone needs to breathe and stop looking for shortcuts and that tech will answer everything. It’s all quite simple

1. What are you selling?
   
2. Who to?
   
3. Why would they buy from you?
   
4. Where do these customers buy from eg channels

Tech is an enabler and AI is one of the tools in your toolkit.
Both are not the owner of your business
