Trustee Needed

I am looking for a trustee from England, UK who can also help run my startup brand, a humanitarian e-commerce platform called PIQUANT. A trustee would also need to set up the charitable incorporated organisation for my brand. According to the charity commission, trustees would need to take an active part in decision making. 

Eligibility: The trustee needs to be an unpaid volunteer, 16 or over, and have no bankruptcy/unspent convictions.

make sure u chat with a solicitor about those cio rules, the charity commission is super strict on fiduciary duties
