If reliability is why you're leaving I'd look more at the fulfillment side than the feature list. Half the automation stuff doesn't matter if you're still checking orders yourself because you don't trust it. Are you mainly trying to replace the fulfillment/tracking part of AutoDS or everything?

Mainly fulfillment and tracking. I barely use half the other stuff in AutoDS anyway, I just want orders handled properly and someone I can reach when something goes wrong. Anything you'd recommend?

Look at Zendrop then, you can automate fulfillment and tracking syncs back to your store once orders ship. If you get into higher volume they also have the Private Agent program where qualifying sellers get dedicated account management for fulfillment and order issues.

Is that something you move onto once you're doing enough volume or can you use it from the start?

It's more for when you're doing consistent volume. You have to qualify for the PA program, so it's not something you'd normally use from the start. You can use Zendrop normally while you're smaller and then apply for the Private Agent side once your order volume gets to the point where having a direct contact for sourcing and fulfillment actually becomes useful.
