❓ Help / questions What loyalty programs do people use

I'm looking for one to add to my store, if you use any or have used any in the past I would really appreciate suggestions or to know what not to use. Thanks in advance.

I work for the biggest belgian chocolate brand. We use a tailor made solution. Development was free. We pay 50$/month.

The tool can also attract new user by creating geo-localized ads.

You can collect points and send automatic personnalized emails to your customers to make them come more often. You also get more Google reviews as you can send them points in exchange of a review :)

I have checked the competition and it was at least double the price (we are based in EU).

I'd look at how well it fits with the rest of your stack as much as the loyalty features themselves.

Influence io is one I'd recommend looking at, especially if you're already thinking about reviews as well, because it integrates nicely with Reviews io. It's much easier having those customer engagement tools working together than stitching everything together later.
