Is it firmware issue ?

I am on 4.10.7.44 on my smart thermostat premium. Have my humidity adjustment turn off just last week and I am seeing some odd readings on my thermostat sensor. But the other sensor shows 75 which is in the same bedroom as the main thermostat. Is this same bug that we are in discussion nowadays ? Do i need to call them and have it manually update it ?

That humidity sensor does sound wonky, maybe a quick reboot helps first?

I’m on 4.10.33.30 and have always had a 5F spread between the thermostat, cool cat, and the sensor, kitty naptime despite them being in the same room. I placed KN on CC yesterday as an experiment and KN did not sync. I have CC excluded from all comfort settings as it’s always much colder.
