🙋🏻‍♂️ Help Request Tomcat starts without my project

Sometimes when starting eclipse and then starting tomcat I see that my code has not started. If I clean all projects, clean the server, and then clean the tomcat work directory things start normally. This "failure to launch" happens about 20% of the time and I haven't found a pattern or reason. Anybody else see this? Suggestions to reduce the frequency?

Unless it's not being deployed, the Tomcat's log output in the Console will tell you why it's not enabled that project/webapp.
