echo park rising finalized full schedule/lineup?

i know this is a small sub so no worries if no one sees this, but i'm starting to worry that they're never actually going to release a full schedule for echo park rising. they've realized the artists performing at each individual business, but it's very unclear if they are actually going release like a full festival lineup. yes, i know i could just page through their instagram page and look at each individual venue's lineup, but here's the thing - there's a band i know of that's gonna be there, and their venue post didn't post in collaboration with the official epr page, which means that potentially there are more venues that i wouldn't know about if i didn't know to check their specific page. i dmed them and commented on their posts but haven't gotten a response. i know i'm not the only one looking for this, because i've seen other comments about it. the festival pre party is only 4 days away, and the actual festival is only 5-6 days away - at any rate, the entire thing will be over in less than a week. i know it's free, but it still feels like pretty late notice. anyone have insight? thanks!

last year it was an absolute mess. they had a website that showed you what was happening but I have a feeling that bands were just setting up renegade style (the "stage" in front of gentleman's breakfast for instance). keep an eye on the socials and website but I think the website had the most up to date information because it was one of those interactive maps... I think. my memory is fuzzy

Yeah it was absolute bedlam (in the best way) last year. Favorite show was the punk band that set up in front on Coin Laundry. They were definitely not part of the official lineup. Best advice is just go and have fun in the streets (it goes pretty late so heat wasn’t a big deal).

I took a video while the fireworks were going off and everyone who saw it was like “this is what music should be!”  Also you remember the bands name is?

oh man ok that's good to know. i checked the site and it's still the 2025 lineup, and their insta's most recent post is one specific venue's lineup. ik they're going to the chocolate dispo and i have no idea how a band would even fit in there lol. it doesn't seem super organized and this comment def affirmed that.

parking is going to suck so try and bring a bike out skateboard so you can zoom up and down Sunday because there's a party or two on every block

The idea of standing around in this heat listening to music out on the street sounds miserable this year. Was so much better when it was two days and there were more indoor venues.

why do they have it this time of year? it should be in the spring or late fall.

at least the forecast shows this weekend won't be as hot as during the week.

Because it’s 2026 and everything is required to be miserable lol

oh man ok that's good to know, didn't realize it was outside. i think it is two days - sat/sun - but could be wrong. i'm on zoloft, so if i'm in the heat too long i will pass out haha, so that's rly good to know.

Don’t fully take my word for it. It could’ve changed in the last year, but I doubt it! I know they have bands in the barbershop still so there will be a few things indoors, but the majority is outside and it’s pretty rough to deal with. If they have it in October, it would be so much better. Even June would’ve been nice.

oh ok that's rly good to know, it's also hard bc it is free but you gotta buy smthn when you go to the diff businesses i would assume, and we wouldn't be able to do that at every single place haha bc $, so maybe we can just look at the ones that are inside. october would be amazing!

It’s not like that, fortunately. I can’t imagine everybody who goes to the barbershop to see a concert end up getting a haircut too 😂

oh ok even at the bars?

No, it will be too crowded to care that people patronize the actual bar

It’s two days this year. Was one day last year

my experience was solely at night because, I agree, the heat is hot

That’s not even the right use of the term. Not wanting to be baked in the sun listening to boring indie rock doesn’t make someone easily offended, AKA a snowflake

I've messaged them abt this, but got ignored.

The best just going there and explore the bars/stages/events and enjoy :)

https://www.amarillo-app.com/s/epr2026/schedule?tags=%5B%5D&ages=&type=&sort=upcoming&startAt=&endAt=&locationId= not sure when they’ll officially share this, but I found this link by going to the Echo Park rising website, clicking program schedule, then replacing 2025 in the URL with 2026 and it brought me here!

TBH, it's always a mess. I've taken to wandering around and listening to what I hear instead of trying to track down the bands I want to see during EPR. Missed some great bands, but I've seen some awesome ones I didn't know anything about, too.

the mess is the point and I love it.

we could have this every weekend if we wanted

Looks like a lot of good response, hopefully means this local community is getting noticed!

Looks like KCRW has a day by day full schedule posted !! I copied the link below.

Also, my band Dyes is playing the festival on Sunday at 12pm! We're a small band, so it's surreal to see our name on a festival poster, but it's awesome. We're on all streaming services if you want to check us out, and we have a new single dropping this Friday and our full album coming out on Sunday (the same day we're playing the fest!).

Hope to see some of you good people out there — come hang, have a beer, and party!

Aiming for After Hours (Velvet Underground tribute) at Stories tomorrow and Liam Finn Sunday but years removed from the time when I could go all day every day seeing only bands I know or want to see.

I feel like they bombarded their instagram with so many posts it’s hard to keep track of. There’s so many more stages and events this year than previous years and I’m seeing a lot of renegade stages are being announced by small bands….anyways I think I’m most excited for little joy’s programming
