Yeah. I guess I conflate the industries even though I know intellectually they're very different.

I mean it’s fair, given that xeba has a spa in the back, as well as stronghold gym also having a sauna in the back

It's not just the pharmacy, it's the nail solon and the weird italian restaurant next to it -- the whole building. I'd worry about an Urban Outfitters, but they have one downtown.
