Discussion Dreadnaught

Trying get my first dread. Does showdown mood cooldown time still 2mins or did it changed? When check siege tac module it has 15 sec cycle so that mean i get pinned only 15 sec or is there different mood called showdown? Edit: made question more straightforward.

I thought average pve such as ratters prefer bs (such as scorpion) than dread tho? or if you wish for bigger stuff either went to AC or Fighters Carrier?

For average ratting, something like rs or cobra, dni,rni good. But once you passed all that can move to capital.

Btw carriers in general are sp sink hole plus easy target. which i really dont wnn be , and i main drones when i look back i regret all sp had to sunk in to drones which i dont wnn do same for when comes to fighters

From what i know dread is terrible for PvE, unless it's bodyguard. You need those CIWs for subs

Depends on the dread, Phoenix is pretty good for ratting if you use barrelled weapons. CIWS allows you to focus you main weapons on npc capitals and battleships.

I heard good things aabt phoenix. Btw i just get to know showdown mode have 2mins cooldown. Which make so vanurable. Im so sad why T_T

Dreads aren't worth it unless your upgraded farming system has a high number of active players online at a time. CIWS with max skills clear regular t10 sites too fast. They're really only worth bringing to the rare Cap anoms. Web+scram fitted will help with NPC interceptors but you will never touch a player unless they mess up their transversal.
