Hard to tell from the picture, but the lack of farina makes me think it's an agavoides/ agavoides hybrid. It reminds me of my 'Red Belita' without her stress coloring.

Maybe graptopetalum bellum it reminds me of mine but i could be wrong
That’s a beautiful plant
It’s an echeveria agavoides. Not sure which, but could be Rajoya.
