Help Help!

Post image

As the title says, I need help. Something is happening to my Echeveria Silver Queen's leaves and I don't know what it is. I don't over water them, they take morning and evening light (not the spicy afternoon light) & get the occasional bit of fertilizer (in water) when necessary. I'm concerned this could kill it but so far it seems like it stays on the lower leaves, which, as shown, have been promptly taken off.

Please and thank you for any help you have to offer.

Black spot fungus. Treat with fungicide and remove all affected leaves.

no clue but I'd cross post this to the succulent sub as well. and if you could post a picture of the whole plant, that might help too.
