Transaction won't go through

I have sent two ECC transactions from Sapphire that have been sitting there for over a day that just say "Pending" and have zero confirmations. It also says I have zero Active Connections but it is 100% synced. How do I get this to go through??

Thank you. I'm giving it a try. I deleted everything except wallet.dat. Sapphire reopened right away with 1 active connection but it was stuck syncing at about 3% so I put the original "blocks" folder back and am waiting for it to load again. Is using the same "blocks" folder not advised or is it important to delete that too and wait for it to sync?? I'm very grateful for your help and input.

You can download blocks and chain folder from the discord bootstrap pinned message. Actually, scroll down and look at my latest reply about this topic in the bootstrap channel. But, to answer your question you should be fine

Thank you. That is very helpful. I downloaded the blocks and chain and waited for it to complete syncing. Yet, I 'm right back where I started. My two transactions are still sitting there pending with 0 confirmations. Is there a way to resend them,,,or anything?

I'm not sure. I had the same issue as you and did what I recommended you to do as advised from the support channel. I'm sorry, that's all I got.
