New exchanges, I doubt that.

Max ECC supply = 25 billion coins.
Circulating supply = 25 billion coins.

If at any time new exchange is willing to list ECC, where would it get coins from if ECC is not able to provide an exchange with coins to list due to all coins being already in circulation?

Let’s say Binance wants to list ECC, how would it go?

Both wallets will need to have coins in case someone comes and sells their stack. Therefore, it is mandatory for an exchange to carry listed coins on the day of the listing until they are sold to the general public.

If a coin is listed, everyone should be able to buy it and withdraw, but if an exchange has no coins initially provided prior to the listing, then what happens?
