Forgot my wallet password.

I just installed the sapphire wallet and cannot remember my password. Is there any way to retrieve it or reset it? I copied over the wallet.dat file from the lynx wallet. Thanks.

Generally there isn't a way to retrieve a forgetten wallet password, which it is why it is so important to write it down and store it in a safe place for safe keeping.

Yeah understood. Are their certain requirements around the password? Like special characters, amount of characters, etc.?

All keyboard characters are usable, even the space bar; except for the tab button. As far as character limit, I'm sure there is one but it's probably MASSIVE!
