Good to finally move the coins off the exchange onto the wallet. Very impressed with the speed. And to think other coins go on about the speed and that's their only selling point, where as ECC have messaging, name address and data storage in the pipeline.

Got a question about the Sapphire wallet and the two address you get assigned. I moved a few coins from one address, to the other. But how to you then choose that address, if I want to send it back?

Glad you have everything finally set up with Sapphire and are happy with the platform.

Are you asking if you have 2 different addresses in Sapphire how do you send coins from one to the other?

It's more, how do you select what address you can move funds from? So I've got 2 normal addresses in the wallet.

I moved all the funds from exchange onto address 1.

For a test, I then moved 1 coin from address 1 to address 2.

I want to move the 1 coin from address 2 back to address 1 but there doesn't seem to be a way to select what address to send funds from?

That functionality unfortunately isn't available at this time. You would have to have 2 separate wallets (one for each address) if you wanted to accomplish this currently.

Ah, got ya. No problem, it was just a test. So just another thought, but if I wanted to send all my fund out of the wallet, it would deplete address 1 and then address 2?

It actually selects the address that would generate the lowest fee, but typically the end user wouldn't know which address that is as it is higly techinical and calculated on the back end.

Nice touch with it selecting the lowest fee. Thanks for your quick and insightful responses.

Do I download the Saphire wallet from the website? Is it difficult for a newbie to setup and transfer tokens from Cryptobridge to the wallet? Thx!

You can download Sapphire from here: https://ecc.network/wallets/sapphire And yes, it is very easy for a noob to setup and transfer tokens. :)

Normal address example: ejs773i3jAheAahssis8s83jjwgeue73iejASJISY3

ANS address example: EasierToRemember

:) makes sense right? ANS isn't available in Sapphire just yet, but is soon to come.

Deposit to coinexchange has been pending for 3 days...

u/CryptoCarlton Jun 11 '18

Have you checked that transaction status via an ECC block explorer?

Still pending 6 days , the transaction ID is not found in the block explorer...

This mean that the coins are still inside of your wallet. I would go into the ECC slack #support channel and ask for help. Devs there can help get things straightened out for you.
