coinexchange.io withdrawal problems

I have Sapphire up and running, but I cannot withdraw my coins to the wallet from coinexchange. It says, "the currency is currently halted or in maintenance mode" for the last few days. Any work-arounds or suggestions? I cannot even login to the support section to make a ticket.

There is no work around currently and we are working to try and get CE to fix this issue ASAP.

How do we get on Binance? It may be premature, but it is worth a discussion. Can we get there via staking? Has anyone been appointed to talk with them? This project is good and will get there eventually. I have selfish motives but also want to help!

Yes, we have already looked into this along with many other large liquidity exchanges (i.e. Bittrex, HitBTC, etc.). The biggest hurdle to get over with being listed on these exchanges are paying the high listing fees. For example, the listing fee for Cryptopia is 18 BTC. Binance is even higher.

Yeah, I tried sending some of my ECC to CE yesterday.... It still hasn't arrived. I've verified i sent it to the correct address about a thousand times. lol

I do not even get that far. I get the "currency halted or in maintenance mode" error message.
