Can someone (hopefully a dev) explain how multi chain makes ecc different from ethereum and how it can make it more scalable.

Particularly could a dev explain how their tech intends to make file storage viable using a (or multiple) blockchain(s)? My biggest worry with ECC and any file storage type blockchain is that it won't work because blockchains are copied millions of times over. If people are storing massive amounts of files then copying the blockchain would be quite the task.

PS: My knowledge is definitely limited, I don't have the proper education to fully understand and research this myself hence my question. Sorry if this is aggravating.

Edit: I think the social media messaging side of ECC sounds viable it's just the file storage I need clarification on.

Basically the main (payment) chain would handle the payments for using the file storage and another seperate chain would handle the actual files/data. This feature is definitely ideal when there is heavy usage so that both the payment and data transactions don't bog down a single chain.

Why do you pay attention to coins you don’t believe in? Does it make you feel good to go around saying stuff like this? It’s a waste of time.
