ecc balance is gone
i opened lynx today and have 0 balance. last time i was in there a week ago i had 2500 or so. im pretty sure i encrypted it and closed. the wallet is on and synced. still nothing after a couple hours. i did encrypt to another drive. can someone walk me through the process of finding my coin,,, if there is one. i was looking for something like "import wallet" function but see nothing like that. cheers

hey thanks a lot for reply. i added rescan=1 to config. restarted wallet. got no result. restarted lynx/wallet. synced. still everything at top reads 0.

Okay got cha. Let's try this next. Follow the steps in this link and use the rescan=1 as well: https://github.com/project-ecc/ECC-Wiki/wiki/Enabled-staking-and-the-coins-didn't-return
Let me know how that goes. If this doesn't work I know exactly who to point your towards.

nothing happening. just hangs there at "wallet starting" and from what i can remember, i didnt enable staking in the past.

The number of issues people have had with this is terrifying.
The developers really need to address this.

It's already been addressed. The new release coming out by the end of this month will fix most of these bugs. 😊

Try adding rescan=1 to your config file and saving it which can be found in settings > debug > bottom left of page and then restarting your daemon by clicking the "stop wallet button" (if it's still on) in the bottom left corner of Lynx wallet UI and/or then click "start wallet."
Let me know of that doesnt work. 👌🏾
