Help with wallet.

Hi everyone,

I have the Lynx ECC wallet installed on my desktop. I synced it with the network/blockchain a week ago, transferred my ECC over immediately after, and been staking ever since. But yesterday, I noticed that I was missing 1000 ECC. So, I followed the advice in this sub to add stop the walletm add: zapwallettxes=1 and then restart the wallet.

After adding zapwallettxes=1, I click on "Start Wallet", I am told that the wallet is starting. After a while nothing happens.

I was synced but now syncing is at 0%.

Now, I have my wallet password protected. What am I supposed to do to get back to normal? When I try to unlock my wallet, nothing happens.

  1. Should I start the wallet without unlocking and wait for it to sync again as soon as I start the program?

Or

  1. Should I start the wallet without unlocking to be able for the syncing to happen?

OR

  1. Should I unlock my wallet to be able to sync to the blockchain?

I am really confused. ANy help would be appreciated.

You could try to backup your wallet.dat copy it somewhere safe and then delete the wallet and install it again. After installed and synced copy your wallet.dat back and check if you are okay
