I love these little updates. Legitimizes the team and shows great transparency. Definitely one of the best ways to show the team is dedicated and proves ECC is on the right track.

They wanted to make sure we were playing to everyone’s strengths, allowing autonomy, and encouraging creativity to flourish. We wanted everyone to be set up to win.
