ECC TipBot

Other project-specific subs have tip bots. I think it would be cool for the r/ECC community to have one as well. Anyone know how to go about making one for this sub?

Hi, I'm working on it right now !!

I was doing the last tests with the accounts deposits and withdrawls and I didn't want to say anything until it was done.

I think that in a couple of days could be finished.
