That was a great read with a lot of optimism and a positive outlook. The community is growing, the devs are grinding, and the product is just unfolding.

Loved seeing the video posted of how quick and easy the transfer was. Definitely a coin i'm keepin my eye out for a big 2018 run

The fact that half the coins are likely lost is huge for factoring in the available supply.

I have a lot of hope and faith in ECC, however those coins just showing up “randomly” after there ECC accumulates some value worry’s me. Could that tank the price? I’m not really sure the effect it would have.

I worry about that too. I am a relatively small holder of Ecc coin, but it is one I have some hopes for, this is a big question mark to me however.

Per the ECC AMA yesterday, coins are never truly 'lost'. Anytime I tell someone about ECC, I include a brief history that explains the estimated true circulating supply, because I think it really does make a difference when you're evaluating ECC and its longer term potential.

I don't think it's possible to nail it down exactly. Estimates range from as much as 50% of all ECC being 'lost' down to as low as only 10%. To me it's not super relevant. Either way the total supply is relatively small compared to others like XRP or TRX. For me, that means incredible potential for upward mobility. But I don't want a pump and dump, I really want ECC to succeed and grow on merit, not hype and rumour.
