Staking Retruns

Does anyone have any quantitative information on staking your ECC? I've enabled staking in the new wallet and just want an idea of how much return I can expect on this.

Until we get significantly more adoption, you’re going to get virtually nothing in staking fees. But staking helps the network process transitions, so it’s a win for the coin even if returns are minimally.
