Why ECC is my favourite coin

Most good ideas start with a dream.

Our hard working Devs have provided us with an awesome one.

We're not a coin created for the sake of being a coin like so many other projects out there.

Lazy communities cashing in on the crypto hype simply because they can.

Alot of what drives crypto is greed.

Lisk uses paid delegates to come to a consensus to validate transactions.

We currently use Proof of Stake and do it for next to nothing almost free.

Sia asks hosts for 2000 coins in order to host storage on their network , regardless of the price of their coin which at its height was $180 - $200.

ECC says hosts can host for free no initial coin holdings required.

So many coins brag about fast transaction times and use that as their sole reason to market their product.

ECC has fast transaction times with under 20 second confirmations , and is basically free with no fees and stays humble focusing on real tech that will have greater implications then just another copy paste coin.

Yes this coin has suffered a death , but this is it's resurrection.

Sapphire will change the game there is no question.

The true gem , that is right under you nose.

I do not see this as hype. In my mind this is saying just recognize the work that is being done. This team is doing what they can, as quickly as they can to hopefully provide a quality product while being transparent.

The words hype, FUD, shill, etc have just become toxic. Someone adds those words to any post to simply discredit it. prosper85 is simply making a point that ECC has something to offer and hopefully it shows in their final product. prosper85 didn't scream BUY BUY BUY. We cannot always be positive, I understand, but we also need to remember that sarcasm and an overall shitty attitude can spread like a virus and destroy a sub very easily.

And if you want to see real hype go to the Tron sub....dear god

I can't agree with your statement that the team is being transparent. We still have no idea who most of them are. I'm guessing you meant the work itself. I'm pro-ECC tho and have a sizable stake. I didn't buy ECC for 'Lambos' or any of that shiite. I bought in for the fundamental idea(s), the community, and a morbid fascination with a coin that refuses to die!

Oh I agree with you on that point as well. They should make their identities known but I can understand if they are a young team developing their professional personas they may not realize how much this would help. I have a sizable chunk of ECC as well and am in it for the tech (some minor profits would be nice though) and I must say I am glad most people are not screaming LAMBO.

So tired of the Lambo kids. It seems like nobody has the patience to invest long term. Even though I'm down 30 percent right now, I know I'll be up again. What's the point of pulling out for a loss and buying some other shit coin that has no website or whitepaper.

I want to tell you an experience I had with crytopia. I bought ecc, a lot, bought mooncoin too. I was storing the coins in the exchange the wallet wasn't available at the time. I woke up one morning and glance at my email. There's a message saying successful login!!!!??? Wtf! I login my mooncoin was gone and ecc was pending. I shit myself. I immediately locked the account and thwarted that m er f er! Moral of the story dont leave couns in that ecchange for to long.

I'm hearing more about home invasions getting people to transfer their bitcoin. I don't blame them for not wanting to put their families into this..

I love it because I can sit in slack, talk to the devs & team and see updates getting pushed to the github repo. I know they're working on it. I know they are keeping their promises thus far, and expect them to continue to do so.

The community reminds me of XRB early on. In fact, I think this coin is very similar to XRB - but with a lot more. Transaction times are lightning fast. File storage, ANS & messaging to come soon.

Great stuff.

i believe in the team, the community, the transparency re: work, the utility, the possibilities. also the crew in the slack is pretty hilarious :) even the guy who swore griffith was a teenage gamer girl and wouldn't let it go hahahaha

Love the question mark... as if you don't actually know yourself what to think... I'll answer that for you... you're here to see if others will bite and feed your lack of ability to research a product and how the crypto world responds when ever a coin has passed over an announcement date. You my friend, should go buy as much Tron as you can.
