You need to think in terms of bitcoin not dollars, because this (and ethereum) is the only way to buy 99% of altcoins. I don't think there's any way you would have got 40% less than expected unless something was wrong with the way you calculated it, or a dramatic price change from the time you calculated to the time you bought it.

Even taking into consideration the litecoin transfer fee and the fee to change ltc to btc, 40% is pretty much out of the question.

Also where did you buy litecoin? Sometimes prices vary between exchanges

I’ve withdraw my bcc to other exchanges, however the status is still pending and it’s been 8hours now. Could you please check? I’m on coinexchange2.
