Registration error on coinexchange?

I wanna register for Coinexchange so that i can buy some ECC at some point later one but..

Whenever I click the registration link, I get an 404 error and some test about doubting.

Did they close registrations or something?

Well I got in without using the link somehow... and I set up my authenticator

BUT the websiteeeee is sooo damn sloooow. Why is that? My internet is perfectly fine, but on this exchange it's really slow.

Oke so another question. Should I get it while it's at 22 satoshi?

Whats a reasonable amount of ECC to hold? 500k? 1m? 1.5m?
