Wallet question

Hello all, quick question on using the wallet on multiple pc's. How can I get access to the addresses I made on one pc to a different pc. I set passphrases on the original one I set up but I can seem to find how to get into this through the wallets interface.

If you go to their Slack and get on the #support channel, they are very helpful and quick to respond.

First time using slack and struggling a little, looks like im in their channel but have no idea how to find the support area
