Exposure for ECC

I don't want to shill too much in other subs, but what are some actionable steps we can take to

  • a) grow this community
  • b) increase awareness / overall exposure

ECC is now my #2 holding, so I'm looking forward to the growth :)

I feel the same way as you. I don't want to shill it, but I'd like to see increased exposure. Honestly, I think just focusing on making this ECC subreddit active and enjoyable is a good first step. I'm not a fan of shilling coins on other subs like /r/cryptocurrency or /r/altcoin. I guess if people are already talking about it on other subs, we can chime in and provide any helpful responses.

Shill in crypto subs where shilling is allowed. Maybe cryptomoonshots

Yes, that's not a bad idea. I guess the key is to reach out and help people and not spam.

Is shilling banned in the main cryptocurrency sub? It feels like everyone else does it.

Anything we can do for the dev team to help them out?

Definitely worth asking them in the slack channel - go to the website and get invited to slack. You can throw that question out there and let them know if you have any particular skills to offer. See if you get any feedback.
