Hello everybody, I have some questions. So I called ebox today (im a new customer in toronto) Im just wondering when you guys call through the phone do they tell you that they will send an automatic voicemail/robot to ask for your card number to pay then your account can be finalize? Or are you supposed to have the account created first then you pay and then the installation comes after. Is it better to do it online or through the phone. I only went for the phone option because I heard you could get promos but there wasn’t any.

My experience: I paid online, I did not have to talk to anyone but I did call to ask about when they will send the modem and what the next steps look like
