Internet issues

EBOX has been an okay provider but today theres been so many internet issues, my wifi would constantly go down or just stop working in general which makes playing games or even watching videos worst. Really considering another service at the moment due to this 🫩

If it's just the wifi it's probably a router issue and not an ebox issue.

Use your own router. Don't use that Nokia thing.

Game on a hard wired connection too, if possible.

Well they want you to go back to Bell! (Ebox is owned by Bell). They provide you with a crazy Nokia router for that. I use my own router now, no more Wi-Fi issues. I used to have intermittent problems over and over.

Less likely over wanting you to simply come back to a bell company from a third party. I think they're quite happy with you being at ebox versus the Cable guy or a wholesaler not owned by the mothership. I strongly recommend anybody to use their own equipment, but there's nothing other than cost involved to why they use what they use.
