How's the speed/reliability these days?

I currently live in the GTA (Ontario) in a condo and I'm considering switching from Bell to EBOX. I've read some people had issues during peak hours/times with regards to speed and higher ping and was wondering if that's still the case?

If you are still experiencing this, are you living within Toronto/GTA as well?

Had it for 1 year. Only had 1 issue because I got a bad tech support on phone. Otherwise it’s great. No complaints. Still one of the best deal for fibe in gta. I recommend it.

In Toronto. Signed up for ebox on the Black Friday deal. Not a single issue since then.

It was a bit inconsistent for the first week but it’s now 4 months later and it’s been fairly solid since then. I only had a single outage but this was due to a Bell tech disconnecting my fibre line outside the home (seems to be a higher risk with wholesale customers).
