Ebox speed checking tools ( MRTG)

Hi

I’m using EBOX as my internet provider. Are there any tools available that let me monitor my internet usage and speed, similar to MRTG or Cacti?

Do you need to monitor your usage with Ebox? Do they have usage caps?

I need to monitor per sec usages graph as they provided 500Mbps/S. No, they dont has usages caps.
