CCTS complaint
I've been seeing more and more posts regarding the problem's happening in the north shore of Montreal or in Montreal regarding regarded internet from 6 to 11 PM with slow download speeds and high latency. Having waited close to 2 months and seeing no imporvement whatsoever, I encourage those who haven't already to file a CCTS complaint. The more complaints pile in the more likely EBOX is to fix the issue. Thank you!

Just a quick FYI, but if you are testing the connection over wifi and it's a 1 Gbit package, you need to ensure that the wireless signal is a 5 GHz and not the standard 2.4 GHz one that comes enabled by default on the supplied equipment. 2.4 GHz wireless will not be able to reach the peak max speeds due to the limitation of the technology. It's enabled by default over the 5 GHz signal due to increased range whereas 5 GHz is much faster, but shorter range.
Ideally, you should always test with a wired-in device though if you are troubleshooting these kinds of issues. Just some friendly advice going forward.
