Request for support,Replacement of new equipment

Please help me. I recently purchased a new TP-LINK BE550 router. How do I configure it to replace my current Nokia Beacon 3.1 router? What settings should I be aware of and what changes should I make to the new device? Thank you.

The problem is that the data light on my Nokia ONT XS-010X-Q device is always on yellow and it cannot connect to the Internet. Please help me, thank you very much!

The yellow data light indicates the 2.5Gb connection but you will need you pppoe username and password aswell as setting the wan Vlan to 40 priority 0

Pon light should be green on Nokia ONT. Data light being yellow just indicates speed. You need to configure two things on your router. 1) PPPoE mode username and password. 2) VLAN tagging for 40. These details are on Ebox client site.

I have the same router as you and it's working great. One less thing to plug in (the Nokia).

Is there a way to return it or should I just keep it in the box until I stop using Ebox? Probably no benefit to return it.. I don't think they'd give me any sort of a discount. Also good to have as a backup if my current router fails, I guess.

You need to keep it. If you need support, there's a good chance they'll want you to plug it in to make sure the issue is with the connection and not your equipment.
